Camp: Entering 6th-10th Grade

The climate is changing! But how? Let’s go on a journey where we learn about our atmospheric systems and better understand how our planet functions. We will conduct experiments on Coney Island Beach, make models, and meet some animal ambassadors to help us address our global climate crisis.

Our ocean is slowly getting better, now let's find out why! Join us this summer to investigate the successful conservation efforts towards saving marine life in our oceans. Through hands-on investigations, debates, research activities, and animal encounters learn how we can adopt these successes towards other endangered marine species.

Our oceans are in peril and you can help! Become marine scientists and create a research investigation centered around the conservation of local NY marine species. Through art, policy, technology, citizen science, and hands-on research, we will work towards solving the problems that our ocean faces today and in the future.
