Classroom Programs
Dive into a wild experience led by our talented WCS Educators at the New York Aquarium! Programs are designed to meet appropriate learning standards in an engaging environment. You'll explore marine life up close, meet an ocean invertebrate, and discover practical approaches to conservation.
Blue Futures
Classroom Program | Grades 9th-12th
Warming ocean temperatures pose new challenges for aquatic species and affect the daily lives of our communities. Utilizing the Sea Change exhibit, students will explore the impacts of climate change and discuss how alternative energy creates pathways to a greener future.
Price: $200/class
Squid Anatomy Dissection
Classroom Program | 6th - 12th
Discover the connection between form and function through a guided, collaborative squid dissection. Students will get a hands-on anatomy experience learning about squids. Students will use the scientific process, scientific tools, and use their curiosity to guide their exploration.

After School Program
Submerge your students in an after-school experience tailored to you! Choose one or more of our after-school programs to learn about topics including marine ecosystems, conservation, and marine research. Multi-program (3+) discounts available. The full list of current programs is available on the outreach interest form. This program is suitable for grades 3-12.
