In this standards aligned program, students gain experience with scientific tools used to investigate animal behavior. Our instructor will guide students in utilizing our exhibits to create ethograms for sea otters, record data for sea lions, and become familiar with two different data sampling methods. We’ll also review characteristics of marine mammals and touch a real sea otter pelt! Don’t miss this comprehensive introduction to animal behavior studies.
