New York Aquarium Corporate/Private Events
New York city is a city of islands, accented by rivers, bays, and the Atlantic Ocean. In this coastal city, the New York Aquarium stands above the rest for its ability to present the beauty and excitement of the aquatic world to you and your guests. Situated by the sea in famous Coney Island, Brooklyn, our spacious grounds can accommodate any type of event whether it's a business meeting for 15, a wedding for 100, or a corporate dinner for 500.
Conservation Hall
Featuring a 150,000 gallon that is home to cownose rays as well as beautiful exhibits highlighting the Wildlife Conservation Society's marine conservation projects, Conservation Hall holds 125 people for cocktails or 60 for a seated dinner year-round. Rental includes access to the outdoor walrus exhibit.
Oceanic Deck
This outdoor venue offers a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and our walrus exhibit. The deck holds 200 for cocktails or 140 for a seated dinner from May through October and in winter months, the deck is fully enclosed and can hold 100 for cocktails and 75 for a seated dinner.
Sea Cliffs
This 300- foot indoor/outdoor naturalistic oceanic habitat allows guests to view harbor seals, otters, penguins and walruses from above and below the water. Perfect for cocktail parties for 275 or a sit down dinner for 130, this facility is available year-round.
Explore the Shore
Features interactive, hands-on exhibits that demonstrate how aquatic animals breathe, eat, move, reproduce, see and hear. The popular Rocky Coast exhibit with its crashing waves that leads into a touch-it tide pool, makes a perfect place for children's parties or cocktail parties fore up to 150.
Seaside Pavillion
This permanent tent is large enough to accommodate a sit down dinner for up to 450 people for both day and evening events.
Meeting Spaces
Several meeting spaces are available for daytime rentals and can accommodate from 15 to 150 guests.
Additional Features
Make your event even more memorable. We offer packages that include marine mammal demonstrations, walrus feedings, interpretive tours with Aquarium staff or arts and crafts for children.
