Ocean Wonders: Sharks!

Go below the surface and meet the amazing animals, including sharks, rays, sea turtles, and more, that live right off the Coney Island Boardwalk.

Aquatheater

In our interactive show, the bonds our sea lions have with their trainers take center stage. The animals learn behaviors from them that stimulate their natural instincts and aid in their care.

PlayQuarium

Young children can explore a kelp forest, coral reef, and the sandy shore - and transform themselves into sharks, sardines, or whales in this bilingual exhibit! They’ll also get hands-on with marine animals at the Touch Pool.

Sea Cliffs

This outdoor exhibit is a great place to breathe in the ocean air, and spend quality time with sea otters, sea lions, harbor seals, and penguins.

Conservation Hall

Stroll the long halls to explore a variety of aquatic habitats and the fish that reside there. Don’t miss coral reefs and clown fish, and discover WCS scientist's efforts to protect these fragile ecosystems.
